I had a very bad experience importing a vehicle from other country although it's an old motorcycle it has a sentimental value but some people working in tha bureau of costums in NAIA are in badly needed of cash they will not sign the socuments and release the motorcycle until we give them lots of cash, this country is hopeless because of this kind of people, they are not ashamed to ask money,,, until this time the motorcycle is still in the warehouse ( district collector)where we need one last person to sign to release the motorcycle and again he is asking to give him money so his hands can be able to move and sign,, it seems that he is paralyzed and the only medicine is "money".

I tried many times to ask about my documents for a visa, it's already more than 3 wks. even the office number is incorrect. How can I track my docs. I don't have an idea if it was already lost or not. I am so very dissapointed on your service.

This place is really fantastic.. its central to everything near airport and Pasay has trendy Malate and Businesses district Makarti as close neighbours.. The place is got great people with a true Pinoy heart of friendliness. the Apartment Complex has everything 24 hr shops, big pool with slide 24 hr Security and all you need.. really great Location in Central Manila and next too and short walk to HB Harison Mall where the shopping is the Best! of course Mall of Asia is near there too.. or a walk down too Manila bay for Sunset! A Somerset Mansion have decent large size apartments at a good budget for the long term Middle to High class range.. Feel very happy and safe there son needed to say my peace! Thanks Derek
