Attn: REMITTANCE TEAM, Last month I sent a money to my son using IPP,( anytime pick up)from Reno Nevada through your branch Royal Fun Mall Bayambang Pangasinan, but he ended up getting the money 4 days later. Yesterday, July 1, 2015, I sent a certain amount in a same manner, but he was told that LBC Bayambang had no sufficient amount to pay him. And according to my son one of your staff had an attitude, tell her she has no right to show attitude it is not her FREAKING MONEY. I was wondering if you people are using my MONEY first for your own gain. I called the person assisted me yesterday here in Reno and he said they are not supposed to ahold my MONEY for the reason that it was below your minimum policy. I've been calling your main office but no one answered my calls. And some of the hotline numbers you provided are disconnected. WHY??? Its such a shame but you HAVE A VERY POOR INTEGRITY. I paid US$ cash and IPP service but you failed to deliver a good service> I am so ANGRY and DISAPPOINTED. I NEED AN EXPLANATION.
